| Position Description: | Prepares, cooks and serves nutritional meals according to U.S.D.A standards for residents and staff of juvenile facility (about 60 people). Cleans kitchen, completes appropriate paperwork and record keeping. Inspects, receives and puts away stock. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Applicants must possess a High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of some food/sanitation safety preferred.Works in a kitchen environment with usual heat and noise. Due to the maximum security nature of the facility, particular attention must be paid to security of normal kitchen utensils and doors in and out of the kitchen. Seeking applicants who can work on weekends and evenings until 6 pm. |
