| Position Description: | Under general supervision of the Maintenance Director, drives County vehicle to deliver mail and makes deliveries as needed by various departments. Replaces light bulbs and ballasts. Performs general building repairs including minor repair on office equipment, minor plumbing and mechanical jobs. Receives deliveries and unloads trucks. |
| Minimum Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months custodial experience. Knowledge of custodial work and general knowledge of plumbing and electrical work. Mechanical skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to drive vehicle with Michigan Driver's license and good driving record. Endurance to perform long periods of physical work. |
