Purchase Information Convenience Fees cover the costs associated with the processing of online orders and help defray the costs of providing Internet access to County Services. Whether you choose to view a 1 page deed or 50 pages within several deeds, the same $5 convenience fee will be assessed only once. 50 pages = $55.00 Using the Advanced Search page, you can search the database for the deeds you wish to view. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button you will add the deed group you want to purchase. When you have completed your searches you can proceed to the "Checkout" page where a breakdown will be displayed of what you are about to purchase. At this point you can either continue the checkout process or return to search some more. You will be able to view your cart throughout your search process. Only when you complete the checkout process will the $5.00 convenience fee be applied. When the payment transaction has been completed, you will have the ability to view all of the pages you purchased. Refund Policy If for some reason you were unable to view the deeds purchased, please contact the Register of Deeds department via email or telephone.
