The Judges of the 70th District Court have
provided this website to assist
the public in their dealings with the court. Please use the links at the left for information regarding
criminal,
civil,
and
traffic
matters.
You may also use the
forms menu which will allow you to fill out and
print forms online for
filing with the court. There are also links to numerous
publications
from the Michigan
Supreme Court, State Court Administrator's Office, the Institute of
Continuing Legal Education and others for your review.
The
directory is available for your use in
contacting any of the
departments within the court. District Court hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., Monday through Friday. Divisions do not accept filings or payments after
4:45 p.m..

3rd floor of the Saginaw County Governmental Center, 111 S. Michigan, Saginaw,

Wi-Fi Notice:
Free internet access is now available in the
courthouse through recently installed Wi-Fi Hot Spots that cover the
entire third floor. Your District Judges encourage appropriate use of
this new technology, which may be accessed by devices (notebook / tablet /
Pocket PC / PDA) equipped with 802.11b or 11g Wireless. No configuration
settings are necessary as long as the device is set to auto detect any
