Friends and family of inmates incarcerated at the Saginaw County Jail now have an alternative option to sending letters through the mail. The program is called Secure Instant Mail and allows friends and family to send letter emails to those incarcerated.
The program is provided by Securus Technologies and through a simple registration process and a pre-paid fee you can start to
send letters by email immediately. To register for this program you can access the following websites: Corrections Staff at the Saginaw County Jail will deliver the letter email to the inmate as soon as the letter is reviewed and printed out. You will not be allowed to send pictures through this program and the Saginaw County Jail reserves the right to reject letters due to inappropriate content or security threats. All letter emails will be reviewed prior to approval.
