The phone service provider for the Saginaw County Jail is Securus Technologies. The Saginaw County Jail Inmates are allowed to use the phones in their assigned housing units anytime. Calls made from the jail by inmates are collect calls only unless the inmate has purchased a calling card through jail commissary.

There is a 15 minute maximum time limit on every call made by an inmate from the Saginaw County Jail. Calls made by the inmates are subject to Monitoring and Recording. Harassing calls from inmates should be reported to the Jail Shift Commander immediately (989-790-55432) so that the calls can be stopped.
