Suspended License Information

If Secretary of State suspends driving privileges:

• You must contact Secretary of State for purposes of a restricted license

If suspended by the court for FAC / FCJ:

• Contact the court in the county you received the ticket(s).

• Contact Treasury at (517) 241-4900
• Visit the Secretary of State website on Driver Responsibility

Suspensions:

• FAC - Failure to Appear in Court
  • Misdemeanor
• FCJ - Failure to Comply with Judgment
  • Civil / Misdemeanor

Adjudication forms can only be given after plea or sentencing.  Paper plates can be renewed while a case is pending.  You will not be able to receive a metal plate until case is disposed or sentencing.
