The Saginaw County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is a division of the Saginaw County Sheriff's Office that also reports directly to the Saginaw County Board Chair.
Saginaw County Stop the Bleed (STB) Program for Schools
To help provide life-saving equipment to all schools in Saginaw County, Emergency Management, health care organizations, and first responder agencies are helping to purchase kits and providing STB training in Saginaw County schools.

New Emergency Alert System
Saginaw County has Updated its Emergency Alert System:
Saginaw County Central Dispatch has updated its Mass Notification System. The new system, branded Saginaw-Alert, is an opt-in notification system that provides information related to emergency incidents in Saginaw County. This information may be related to road closures due to weather or other critical events.
Residents can register or update their information on the 911 page.
