*Pints & Paddles was inspired by the wonderful rivers in the county and the number of breweries in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Many people go up north to get their paddle on with their favorite beverages. We realized that our community doesn’t have to leave to have that great experience.  We are working to bring our patrons, our great breweries and our rivers together on this 6 mile paddling excursion. This first year we are testing the waters (so to speak) to see if there is interest from our community and the local breweries. We hope to expand the event to include more breweries and increase our number of stops on the river. We envision people paddling from Freeland to the confluence of the Tittabawassee and the Saginaw rivers in the coming years.
