Important Notice: 70th District Court Arraignments Update
Walk-in arraignments are now available in-person at the 70th District Court! Please utilize the following times:
- Tuesdays-Fridays (excluding holidays):
- Morning: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
- Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Note: If Monday falls on a holiday, walk-in arraignments will not be available on Tuesday.

The Judges of the 70th District Court have provided this website to assist the public in their dealings with the court. Please use the links for information regarding criminal, civil, and traffic matters.
You may also use the court forms page to fill out and print forms online for filing with the court. There are also links to numerous publications from the Michigan Supreme Court, State Court Administrator's Office, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and others for your review.
District Court hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Divisions do not accept filings or payments after 4:45 p.m. A list of Saginaw County holidays is available for you to view.
The 70th District Court is located on the 3rd floor of the Saginaw County Governmental Center, 111 S. Michigan, Saginaw, Michigan 48602.
