Pay Delinquent Property Taxes

The Saginaw County Treasurer offers three ways to make your Delinquent Property Tax Payment process as convenient as possible:

• In Person: Our office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, Personal checks are accepted for first year delinquents up to January 1st., VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted
• By Mail: Saginaw County Treasurer, 111 S. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602
• Online: Online Payments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Enhanced access fee will be assessed on the total amount of the payment you are making online. NOTE: Online payments are processed through a third party, G2G Cloud Solutions and Saginaw County is not responsible for service disruptions on the G2G payment site.

Credit Card Payment Policy

The Saginaw County Treasurer’s Office has adopted the following policy regarding property tax payments made by Credit Card or Debit Card:

1. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented with credit card. You may not use a credit card for payment if you are not the named party on the card.
2. If payment should be declined, reversed, or for any other reason not honored at any time, the payment will be considered as voided, and all fees, interest, or forfeiture fees shall reapply, retroactive to the date payment was made.
3. For payments voided under section 2, any payment that had a redemption certificate recorded will have an additional $20.00 fee added to offset our costs of recording a correction to the redemption certificate.
4. For payments voided under section 2, any payments that would have redeemed a circuit court judgment on a petition for foreclosure under MCL 211.78k(5) will be considered as voided, and the judgment for foreclosure shall remain in effect.
5. Overpayments of less than $3.00 will be rounded into outstanding interest. Any refund will be made as a credit back to your card used to make the payment.
6. Payments are applied using the details you provide. Be sure to confirm the payment information you provide at the time of your payment. There are no refunds or adjustments if you pay on the wrong parcel.
7. The Saginaw County Treasurer reserves the right to suspend payment by card at any time for any reason.
