The Saginaw County Friend of the Court operates as a team under the direction of Tara J. Hofmeister. Each case has an assigned Attorney, Referee, Support Specialist, and Caseworker/Hearing Officer. Effective January 1, 2023, all Friend of the Court cases are assigned to Judge Brittany A. Dicken. Cases are assigned according to the male's last name on the case.
