Courses provided by Saginaw County Emergency Management

Stop the Bleed (STB)

The Stop the Bleed program provides attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to control life-threatening bleeding.  It is offered free of charge to organizations and businesses in Saginaw County.

Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE)

The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events training was developed by Texas State University ALERRT in 2004.  It provides strategies, guidance, and a proven plan for surviving an active shooter event.

The course is free of charge and is available, with some minor requirements to schools, churches, businesses, and other organizations in Saginaw County.
