Adopting a pet from a shelter can be very rewarding for both you and your new pet. You're adding a new member to your family, while at the same time you are saving a life. A lot of times, people assume that there must be something wrong with a pet that ends up at an animal shelter. The truth of the matter is that there is likely nothing wrong with the pet at all.
