SWIFT

As of October 1st, 2017 the Register of Deeds will be offering a FREE service called SWIFT. SWIFT is the electronic return of paper documents submitted through the mail or over the counter. SWIFT is not e-recording. If you are already e-recording we do not recommend or find it necessary to sign up for SWIFT. SWIFT is for those who submit paper documents to the Register of Deeds office only.
